About the event
Begin the evening with a magical lantern-lit parade led by the company, guiding guests from Shortlake Lane into Osmington Village Hall, with a mulled wine reception. The bar will be open for guests to purchase drinks of their preference.
Traditional Victorian Games
Step back in time by participating in some traditional Victorian parlour games, or watch for fun. Enjoy favourites such as Pass The Parcel, Musical Chairs, Squeak Piggy Squeak, and maybe a magic trick or two. Period attire is encouraged to enhance the festive atmosphere!
A Christmas Carol Performance
The highlight of the party is a dynamic, verse adaption of Charles Dickens' much loved cherished classic. Performed by just two actors using minimal props, projected visuals, and an original soundscape, it brings the story vibrantly to life at a lickety-split pace.
Audience participation is warmly encouraged throughout the evening, and the event welcomes guests of all ages for an unforgettable evening of season cheer and togetherness.
